At Cut Twice Woodworks, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing our custom wood furniture. This blog will provide an in-depth look at our pricing process, ensuring you understand how we determine the cost of your bespoke piece and the value it represents.

1. Initial Consultation and Design:

  • Understanding Your Needs: The process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your vision, requirements, and budget.
  • Design Proposal: We create a design proposal that includes sketches or digital renderings, helping you visualize the final piece.

2. Detailed Quote:

  • Quoted Price: This value is inclusive of material, labor, tax, and delivery.
  • Estimated Completion Window: The time frame (typically a 10 day period) that you can expect your project to be completed.
  • Deposit Required: 50% of the total quoted price that is required, with the balance due upon delivery.
  • Detailed Notes: Specific dimensions (typically via digital rendering), key additional features or customizations, and any other important items are provided.
  • Valid for 7 days

3. Transparent Communication:

  • No Hidden Fees: We ensure there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges, providing complete transparency throughout the process.

4. Quality Assurance and Value:

  • High Standards: We maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship, ensuring the final product meets your expectations.
  • Fair Pricing: Our pricing reflects the true value of the materials, labor, and expertise involved in creating your bespoke piece.

5. Flexibility and Customization:

  • Adjusting to Your Budget: We work with you to adjust the design or materials if needed to stay within your budget while maintaining quality.
  • Open Communication: Throughout the process, we maintain open communication to address any questions or concerns you may have.

6. Finalizing the Order:

  • Approval and Agreement: Once you approve the quote, all we require is a signature on the quote and a placement of the deposit to lock you into our production schedule!
  • Progress Updates: We provide regular updates on the progress of your piece, ensuring you are informed every step of the way.

Our pricing process at Cut Twice Woodworks is designed to be transparent, fair, and reflective of the value we offer. By understanding how we determine the cost of your custom wood furniture, you can appreciate the investment you are making in a unique, high-quality piece. Our commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction ensures you receive the best value for your investment in Middle Tennessee.
