Here's how it works: First, we talk to you to figure out what you want. Maybe you have some pictures or ideas, or maybe you're not sure yet – either way, we'll help you figure it out. Then we make a plan and show it to you to make sure it's what you want. Once you say it's good, we get to work making your piece. We use a mix of old-fashioned skills and new tricks to make sure it's perfect. When it's done, we show it to you again to make sure you're happy, and then it's all yours!
