TERMS AND POLICIES

General Customization Disclaimer:

Customer is responsible for proofreading and approving the final artwork. Cut Twice Woodworks, LLC  (‘We’) is not liable for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, incorrect graphics, incorrect grammar, incorrect punctuation, finished product size, incorrect color/material/finish selections, or overlooked details not memorialized in the details of the quote/order when the customer is provided a proof and provides acceptance (via any form, including verbal, email, text, or payment). Please be mindful that your order is a custom and made-to-order, thus once the product is completed, no more changes can be made.

A critically important element to the laser, and related, products and services we provide are quality vector graphics. It is the customer’s responsibility to provider quality graphics in a proper format, such as .EPS, .SVG, or .AI (among other vector formats). If the customer cannot provider an acceptable vector format file, then Graphic Design services will likely be required. We will likely need to outsource this work and additional charges for design, tracing, typesetting and/or vectorization may apply,  unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Likewise we reserve the right to not do engraving for groups that promote racism or violence towards others. All custom orders are reviewed for inappropriate messages and we reserve the right to deny our engraving services for any group or message that is inappropriate or that promotes illegal behavior, etc.
