This disclaimer is incorporated into and made a part of the Formal Quote for Commissioned Order Terms and Conditions. By accepting the Formal Quote, the Client agrees to comply with the terms specified in this disclaimer.

1. Installation Services:

Cut Twice Woodworks, LLC ("Company") may, upon the Client's request, provide installation services for commissioned pieces. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Company shall be considered as an installer only and not a service provider.

2. Limited Liability for Installation Services:

The Company, acting solely as an installer, provides installation services at the express request of the Client. The Company expressly disclaims any liability for damage incurred to the client's property during the installation process. Installation services are provided "as is" and "at no-fault" of Cut Twice Woodworks, LLC.

3. Expertise in Craftsmanship:

The Company's expertise lies in the craftsmanship of the commissioned piece. While the Company is willing to assist with installation, it does not claim proficiency in expert installation services.

4. Client's Responsibility:

The Client acknowledges that the Company's responsibility is limited to the installation of the commissioned piece and does not extend to the condition or structural integrity of the client's property. It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that the installation area is structurally sound and suitable for the commissioned piece.

5. Inspection Prior to Installation:

The Client is encouraged to thoroughly inspect the installation area before the scheduled installation date. Any concerns or issues related to the condition of the installation area should be promptly communicated to the Company in writing.

6. Indemnification:

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cut Twice Woodworks, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with any damage to the client's property during the installation process.

7. Acceptance of Limited Liability:

By requesting installation services from Cut Twice Woodworks, LLC, the Client acknowledges and accepts the limited liability of the Company as an installer only, with no responsibility for damage to the client's property during the installation process.
